Our RPA development methodology is focused on quality and ensuring accurate and consistent application of an automated process.

We start by identifying processes that can be automated; not all can.

We undertake a detailed analysis of a process and redesign it from the perspective of a robot. Automated processes are very different from manual processes, for example there is no need for internal controls as robots don’t embezzle funds. There is usually a need to programme error handling in the event that a bot encounters incorrect data. From the analysis, we produce detailed technical specifications for our developers.

Although the UiPath RPA tool set provides an easy to use platform for the development of robots, there are considerable risks associated with deploying robots into your business environment.

Bots typically perform processes that interact with organisations’ financial systems, payroll/HR systems and client facing applications. Robots work extremely fast and if they are not functioning exactly as they ought to, they can create an enormous number of errors in very short space of time.

Our consultants are all very experienced UiPath developers with several years’ experience of applying industry best practice in the development of applications. All RPA applications are tested extensively in-house before being deployed onto our clients’ test environments for user acceptance testing.

We also assist our clients to set up their technical environments and to deploy their tested robots into production.
